If your package arrives damaged, please email me immediately with your order number and photos of the damaged package. I will do my best to amend the situation!
I cannot provide a refund for Digital Downloads for any reason.

At the moment it is just me shipping all my orders and Patreon packages! Fulfillment time can be up to 2 weeks, but I try my best to ship out 1-2 times a week. Thank you in advance for your patience, I am working on arrangements to get an assistant ASAP!
Please be aware of VAT and current restrictions in your country. I am currently working on opening an Etsy store to help my EU customers!
Any VAT or Customs charges in your country are separate and upon package arrival, that unfortunately is out of my control. I also cannot lie about order price on customs, thank you for understanding!!
Packages returned to me for incorrect address, failure to pay customs/vat, failure to pick up if held, etc. will require additional postage to resend.
