As the artist and creator behind Lyfe Illustration, I take great pride in the quality of my art products. I want my customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases, but due to the nature of my products, I do not accept returns.

If you have any issues with your order, please reach out to me at lyfeillustrationcs@gmail.com, and I'll do everything I can to help. I want you to be happy with your purchase, and I'm happy to work with you to find a solution.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please reach out with photos of the damage within 2 business days of receiving your order. If the item is found to be damaged or defective, I will provide a replacement or a refund within 3-5 business days.

Please note that I am not liable for lost or stolen mail, or for packages returned, especially due to an incorrect address. If your package is returned to me and you would like to reattempt delivery, you will be asked to pay for shipping again. Once the reshipment is collected, you will receive a new tracking number within 3-5 business days.
